When you sign up, you’re not left on your own, you’re guided through a structured onboarding process designed to get you up and running quickly and correctly.

1. Kick off with a clear onboarding call +
You'll jump on a discovery call with your Account Manager, who comes from a construction background. We'll map how you're currently running jobs (spreadsheets, folders, other software, etc.) and turn that into a clear plan to move your data across and prioritize what matters most first.
2. We import your data & set up templates +
Once we understand what you're working with, we'll collect your data and import it into JACK App (up to 5 live jobs).

Typically, we'll help set up:
  • Your clients, contacts, suppliers, and job details
  • Templates, so you're not building every document from scratch
  • Your job schedule so it reflects how you actually run projects
  • Active builds, including bills and invoices
The goal is simple: you log in, and it already looks like your workflow.
3. Ongoing support from people who understand construction +
You'll have access to real support from people who understand how contractors operate.

When something doesn't look right, you can talk to a real person and get it sorted quickly.
4. Simple guides, videos & walkthroughs +
